ya, that’s why I left last year. Nightmare mgr, kinda a dog test. I made money but that was with myriad. Knew labcorp would be a disaster. Good news is there are lots of job opportunities.
The only way they can turn a profit on this dog of a test is to ensure they don’t payout any commission on it.
Over the next couple of weeks Labcorp will reap what it sowed in how they have treated us.
Management is horrible, no leadership just micro BS, unrealistic quotas, record low moral and now CS reps are probably taking our jobs now that we’re introducing them to our drs so they can sell autoimmune testing.
This division had so much potential. Mismanagement from execs down to micro managing rmbds who make it all about themselves killed it.
Could the last person please turn off the lights before they leave?
