Numbers being fabricated in accounting, quality acting as god (yet hiding their dirty laundry), manufacturing pushing forward blindly, managers not knowing how to curtail the situation (and it's obvious), and plant director that doesn't know his own way around the plant (see him ONLY at all-employee meetings;if he doesn't introduce himself, no one would know who he was). The Austin plant has become the retirement dumping ground for plant directors, the footstep for maufacturing managers (only looking to get their time in, not caring what they leave behind). The Validations manager is Hitler-ette, thank god the Quality Manager left (then again, not much good to say about the two left in compliance, one's a fag).

deleted 10 - 12 old pages Heavy damage tonight for HSP if everybody learns how to man up
