August date of lawsuit hearing with GSK

This is a pretty big hurdle that Pernis needs to win. Brean Analyst Ms. Yang mentioned it as a very key catalyst.

Does anyone know the date in August of the lawsuit hearing between Pernix and GSK. Ruling will be in October based on latest public info.
