Attract…Develop…Retain

I was sitting “way in the back” when “Attract…Develop…Retain” was rolled out by Senior Leaders. It is an interesting concept…currently witnessing ZERO IMPLEMENTATION (but lots of attrition at a rate I’ve NEVER witnessed before).

When a Senior Leader speaks of a new initiative, and the herd downstream does nothing to implement, or follow thru on said initiative, it’s just “Empty Speak”…and builds no trust.

Don’t worry…the 6 month rule is a guarantee here…wholesale changes every 6 months..the next change will involve BIG job losses at all levels…BET

"It's the Otsuka Way". Creating unnecessary busy work is just another one of Otsuka's strengths. How many times have we seen this???

Employees leave because of the reasons I have posted here for several years:
Boredom, frustration, being held accountable for things out of their control, asshole bosses, "know-it-alls" at the top, PIPs,
absolutely feeling useless, declining access to physicians just to name a few. Nobody, but absolutely nobody, wants to hear one more word about REXULTI. Btw, that was the case 7 years ago. And it all starts in Japan!

Talking about PIPs: Those of you that know they will get one: You are out the door with one leg! Trust me. I have seen it too many times. And if you are over 55, more likely with one and a half!
