Recruiters are calling all of us. Companies are hiring. I've gotten 4 calls just this week and it's only Wed. If you want your talent to stay, here is what you need to do:
1. Tell us why we should we stay? What is the investor outlook? What is the plan? Is this a sinking ship? If not, why? Sell me! If you continue to say nothing then I will assume the worst. I can see our sinking stock! I can see our financials! Yikes!
2. Start treating the field like we are valued. Pay an appropriate car allowance. Pay our commissions on time.
3. We have to have more clinical data, we need someone in marketing that knows what they are doing and we need people who know our market, our doctors and can keep up with the trends. That is if we aren't on a sinking ship. If this isn't done soon we will be slammed by competitors.
I'm begging please. I don't want to start at another company but you are making it REALLY hard to stay!!!!
