I was contacted to interview for an opening with revo biologics. There is not a board for them...any insight from the competition? Interesting technology just not sure how it is perceived by docs, and is it really competition to you???

VG does not believe that any recombinant product could possibly be competition for a plasma derived product. He appears to be solidly stuck in the 1980's.

He would not be happy to know that the company he just bought (Chiron) developed recombinant factor VIII and licensed it to NovoNordisc back in the 1980's.

no kidding.... duh... client will never notice you if you creep on another competitors board and ask for MD opinions for free...planning to then to fabricate a conversation with a physician in and then bill it as primary research... brilliant... arse

Talecris had an extremely productive human cell line that expressed FVIII that Grifols killed and fired all of the staff. Projections were half a billion a year in sales but they were not prepared to sacrifice their sub 100 million profits from the plasma products.
