Atmosphere







The atmosphere and culture of this company are poisonous. The upper execs look down upon the sales force as feudal serfs. The ADs give unattainable goals to the sales force, and the managers berate the sales reps. Every year, when again the realize that we are trending to not hit our numbers, they have us do a GAP analysis, and inflate numbers and move up close dates on business that doesn't exist. This is one of the worst paying companies in the industry. The products are good, but the quotas are ridiculous.
 


















it is a multi billion dollar company, run by multi millionaires who apparently do not want reps succeeding financially. they ensure that with comp structure and quota. there are a myriad of other problems as well.
 






The bad management isn't one or two regional managers. It is the entire upper management structure. They are clueless and incompetent. When their goals are not met for business that does not exist, they blame it on the sales force. I have never seen so many people in position of power in an organization that are clueless. I, along with the entire sales force here is looking to get out. I am in the final stages of the interview process with a company. Once the offer is official, I will leave without giving any notice. The reason for that is, if you give two weeks notice here, they tell you they don't need you any more and let you go that day. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this disorganization.
