ATM vs TM salary?

Many Associate Territory Manager positions popping up. It states you work with a TM in your territory? Would you then have to switch geographies to become a TM? What type of pay does the ATM get vs the TM? Are you stuck doing all the gopher work and pay your dues for years before TM opportunities open up?

You are going to be a glorified secretary and do all the grunt work for the TM. Pay is about 70. You don’t want this job if you have other options. What state are you looking in?

The turnover here right now is insane. They are doing these positions so the can have a bullpen of sorts. If you come here you will be stunned at what is accepted behavior.
