They did that to several people. In fact one person said his hiring manager would make a decision after their meeting next week in Orlando. Stay positive unless you got a definite no.

Do not be too upset. I would expect the Alpha 1 PC sales jobs to only be around a couple of years or so before being eliminated.

If you didn't get a 2nd interview and talk with a national director, you aren't first choice.
And a couple years is a career in this industry nowadays.

Two years for these jobs is highly optimistic. Unless there is a significant increase in Alpha 1 patients resulting from these primary care positions (which is highly unlikely) VG will cut these jobs quickly. It will be interesting to see if GR, the teflon man, will be held asccountable for the situation.
