Atlanta District disappearing!

From the Salix division a number of TMs, and a few managers, have left for Shire and J&J since the acquisition last year. In fact, Shire and J&J are the two companies with which the most ex-Salix have secured employment. This is probably due to both companies having a strong GI presence and preferring GI experience among new hires.

This silly post shows why people are leaving. What idiot -other than the DM himself, would post this? He is NOT a good manager of people. I have no idea what his IQ might be, but it has nothing to do with keeping reps. Attractive??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? He's a jerk! Who really cares what this jack-off looks like? So I am supposing that "D" posted this. He would. BTW, he couldn't keep reps BEFORE Shire and Sun came along.

I'm sure everyone in this district wants out. They just can't find anything else. His reputation is company wide. Sad our executives don't see it.
