To the last reply thank you so much for your honesty and non pessimistic view of what is going on. 


Can you tell me more about the comp plan?  I was told a nice base comparable to where I am now and $20K per quarter at plan in commission. 

Are the plan numbers so high they are unreachable? 


If you miss your number they take it out of the next quarter's comp.  What exactly does that mean.


I am in a good job with a great company.  I'm just looking for something different that I can do and enjoy the product I'm selling, the environment I'm in, the team I work with, and still make a good living doing it. 


I have always been interested in the aesthetic market.  One of my products is used in aesthetic surgical procedures and it's the one I enjoy the most. 


I was really excited about this opportunity.  When I saw the recent acquisition, that made me leary as I know the immediate fall out from those can be bad. 


Things always flatten out and turn around once the dust settles, I'm glad to hear you believe that will happen as well.  I'm assuming that means you are sticking it out and not jumping ship to see what happens next?
