I got an email Friday morning with the form authorizing the background check. The HR rep at the hotel said that was considered the "next step" so I guess now it's time to wait and see.

How did you find this out? When did you send it in?

Lilly is a s*c*a*m operation interviewing people and giving a false hope. They are interviewing 20,000 job seekers for two FDE ( 3years) positions in rural Nebraska. Gimme a break.

Unless you are 28 and 30 years of age with five years corporate backgorund, you are UNWANTED SCUM on the face of the earth so says the recruitment pracutce.

I called the background check company, and they informed me. So i went ahead and asked for a copy. I sent my paperwork in on the night of the 17th after I interviewed.
