AstraZeneca's "PSS" Expectations. How AZ cherry picks who they enforce them on and/or terminate...

Anyone upset and feel that they were wrongfully terminated for violating PSS expectations (which are garbage and not realistic to begin with)?

It is known by most that 90%+ of AZ salespeople don't/can't 100% comply with these expectations...

AZ is a joke. As a former DM with AZ that was wrongly terminated, I can attest that they are good at playing the game. Within 3 months after they terminated my RSM for supposedly talking about something outside of indication, I got a new RSM (Mike the beaver) and he was determined to get rid of me from day one because I was close to the RSM. He kept digging and digging until he was able to find something stupid that was taken out of context and fired me before my $15K bonus. ASSHOLES!
