Unfortunately you have not learned about legalities. The only change is the royalty checks are cut to az not almirall. We still have exclusivity on Tudorza and the combo for the United states and canada. Unfortunately facts ruin your troll. Leave the Internet to grown ups

Btw...Forest is one of he last pharmacy companies to go thru a layoff and we had a much better pipeline than most. That says a lot about it.

What's wrong with being a Forest lifer? People with tenure have salary around $100,000, had lots of stock options and made some big money when the stock price went up, made some good money on drugs that docs loved like lexapro, namenda, Bystolic that helped their families. Not to mention free car and gas, insurance, etc. and before these past few quarters never had to pay for a lunch or a coffee for themselves for YEARS. Not to mention a job that wasn't too hard, seeing lots of customers I sincerely like.

Chances are we will do just fine during the reorg bc they're only laying off 10 - 13% of the sales staff. Uh...doesn't that mean that 87-90% of us are staying?

So move along angry person and go take your meds or go get laid or have some drinks or get some exercise or sleep or whatever it is that will make you less angry and negative. Life is too short.

Every lay off says 10-13%. There will be more. Not even to mention the large amount that was laid off internally. The arguing thread is pretty funny tho. Keep it going

The problem with all you "layoff" experts is You have been wrong about everything with this deal. It's impossible for you to get past the fact that anything could be different.

Dont worry theres no way Forest will ever lay off more than 10%. I cant wait to read this board in a few weeks when half of the sales force is on here complaining about the company lied and let go 50% of all reps.

Eklira sales are expected to reach $535 million by 2018, according to consensus forecasts collected by Thomson Reuters, although much of that will be sold via Actavis, which has U.S. rights to the drug after acquiring Almirall's marketing partner Forest Laboratories.

Actiavis has US rights ......for how long is the question.
 








Doesn't matter. FDA approved Striverdi Respimat for COPD today. In a few months there will only be 3 players in the COPD market. BI, Astra and GSK. We should've never gotten into this crowded market. Not worth it!

How long? Until Brent and crew decide to sell the rights. It could be in the works right now.

Can't really compare tudorzqa and daliresp to symbicort and plumicort bc daliresp is not an inhaler. And duh! Symbicort and plumicort made way more money. They've been out longer and idk about the WAC for plumicort but symbicort is over $200 more a year than tudorza so obviously it will make more money.
