I've had enough of this jerk. All he talks about is how great things are going to be. We are all working so well together, ess dss oral injectable, his he joking??? The ess reps dont do shit, I mean they dont work, are they showing any results? His calls are so bad, he says stupid business school stuff with nothing that helps us. even my manager says he is not respected. Will they please get us a leader who can lead us, im just so discouraged. Last week his call was a waste of my time. Will this coming call be any better. He is the worst leader we have ever had.

The only time I've heard from ESS this year is when they set up a program and wanted help recruiting attendees. Topic was for BYD, I'm an oral rep. Sorry but there is no incentive for me to help them out. Not to mention they are KILLING my bonus checks! Grew my SPT and the DIRT more than wiped out the gains. Tired of carrying their @$$! I never realized how bad it was until I saw iPerform.

One of the best replies I have seen in a long time. Unfortunately, we have not got our fair share, but he will be saved this year due to volume increases in market. It's unfortunate that we do not use are resources (eg the reps) more effectively in the field. My guess is he will double down with same model next year. It's like Obama telling us the economy is strong.

Dysfunction is the perfect description.
I'm sure the numbers would be so much better if they had left it alone. The split sales force has us competing against each other. How can they not see this.

He's not that smart. We HAD a smart VP, but the worms at HQ had to replace him with the prep school brat who has never carried a bag. AZ just couldn't leave a good thing alone. They had to ruin it, as always!

So, I worked 10 hours last week, screwed off 30 hours, and you think I am going to complain about that???? Please learn how to play the game, and I promise your life will be MUCH happier! It's all just a game that can't last with idiots like Frenchie paying over $2 billion for a drug that is already behind coming out in the market, and will likely be the 3rd entry IF it ever get's approved!

Good advice, and I think many people are finally waking up to the fact that we are damn lucky to work at AZ! Look all around at all the companies that have a huge layoffs the last 4 years! Our last one was almost 4 years ago for field sales. That's amazing!
