It has been agreed to, final steps are in process on the formalities of the document preparation

So Clovis recently announced an atm dilution yet again . No deal ongoing with us . Stop with the nonsense as I doubt Clovis will ever be taken out except through a liquidation sale for pennies on the dollar .
