everybody DOES NOT think there is a big shake up or reorg coming. Just a few posters who are bored and like to stir the pot on CP. They sell 2 products and they have made efforts to tell us on many occasions that they are not making changes to the 2 teams. If they did. There is no way they would get rid of anyone because they need more people. they would make territories smaller with 2 reps so there would be a need for more of less. Don't let anyone make you crazy. Its a safe company and great culture.

we sell in the urology space for pcp selling Vesicare and Myrbetriq both with long patents still left on them.

Look you can believe it or not but Red & Gray are being combined. It's starting now in the Mtn Sales area with a reorg of PC RSMs. Will be rolled out nationwide most likely by June. Don't take my word for it. Ask the AD. He's made it public knowledge. The goal is 1 rep per territory. That does mean that in some geographies we will have too many reps. That's not a rumor that's an organizational change that is already in progress. (Just b/c you don't know doesn't mean no one knows.)
 
























The majority of this is true there will be a reorg.with PCP Grey and Red but there will not be layoffs. This is a slow transition for the org and it will happen area by area. It is happening in the Mountain West Region now as they are piloting it but it will filter throughout the company within the next year. Everyone will have a place, no one will be displaced in PCP. This comes directly from an Area Director.
 






Classic... "Everyone will have a place.." Been there & done that. Last time it was like, "okay you were in North Indianapolis. ... Now you're new Territory is South Indianapolis to Louisville, KY." Thx - No one gets laid off though... right !
