This information is correct. Call and report these jerks. The managers and directors are corrupt.
 












The only reason the directors have become over-exuberant with their own people in the salesforce is because they have never faced any consequences. Exuberance is a kind word for the kind of actions that you have seen lately from these leaders. These directors have very deep ties to the home office. Some of them have been hired for life in the position. They have never been judged based on performance. Its about your network and who you know. Some have won every award known to man 15 times over and some have not won much. It doesn't matter because its not about that. In recent years we only saw one director get pushed out by a certain individual so a crony can take over. It seems only the woman are getting abused like this.

If the new President wants to make a good impression, he must create circulation at the director level. It causes much harm for a salesforce be under the constant constraint, culture, and authority of the same regime year after year after year. I am not a gambling person, but expect some major changes in this area.
 






Just like they did with the legacy people of Iveric. The legacy people of Astellas need to move on. The same directors have been in these positions since I got here over 10 years ago.
