Where can you make more money as a rep? At advance surgical or surgical supplies.

True, but sure that any of this equates to less money, which was the original question.

I would recommend AST for salary and growth perspective.

Surgical supplied doesn't have a good leadership team. They are all rookies either from med supplies or whom didn't get hired by AST.

Both will have offers of 65k base 130k at plan. Comp plan has more upside on Advanced. Supplies because of the way they have set it up is really limited. Top reps maybe $200k while the Advanced top reps upper $300's. More upside even immediately on Advanced.

Which management team is better? I heard SuS' management team are all new.
