Question, I am a Orthopedic Zimmer full line Rep. In the near future I would like to discuss comphensation with my Sr. Rep. Any advise would be appreciated. Question I have are; what is the industry norm and what are some consideration I should take into account that are not apparent to me now?I have also been able to earn some new business now in my first year and a half. The last thing I want is to sound greedy being that I am only 1.5 years in, but I have been growing the business some. Our territory is almost 5mil with 4 guys.
