Anyone shed light on compensation for an ASR (entry level)? New to the field so unsure of what expectations should be. Glassdoor doesn't seem to acknowledge what the compensation is. Just hoping to have some background knowledge prior to interview.

Should I expect:
base: <80k?
base + commisions: OTE < 100k?

Mileage reimbursement? RSU's given to ASR's? Bonus or just commission?

Added bonus: Any insight into the WH division.

TIA

Appreciate everyone.

Run. The problem is they start you out low and if you perform you can get promoted but your base is lower than your peers.

I’m not sure I’ll run - I understand almost every company in this field has its issues. I need to get a foot in the door so just looking for some information if possible.
