He’s a fake at the manager meeting he try’s to act he cares but it all boils down to numbers with him. Talked to us about putting bottom 15-20% of our teams on PIP’s but we fought him on that

This wasn’t brought up at the manager meetings but when he has calls with us his reflex being from big Pharma is PIP’s or action plans to change behaviors so that numbers might get better.
