Why is it I can't find one person at ZOLL who wants to go to the national meeting? What does that tell you about the company?!
You are an idiot. First, the meeting already happened. Secondly, plenty of us were excited to go. Not everyone hates working at ZOLL, it's just the same fools that keep posting on here. It's not the perfect job but does have many upsides. You probably couldn't cut it here and now troll around the pharma board jerking off to negativity. Get a life.

Well you must be a manager who is desperate to fill some of your open positions, or a new rep in your first week. Everyone here is looking for new jobs and I'm pretty sure it's not just a few unhappy people posting here.

Management has been using this BS line for years now "it's only a few posting" lol and then 60% of sales force leaves each year. Their math skills are equal to their management skill level. "0". Look at how many posts are on CF and how far back they go! Same people posting from 6 years ago? Let's face it, ZOLL is now a ENTRY LEVEL sales and management opportunity. The company has set up every sales policy for turnover. Need examples? Unatinable sales quotas that go to infinity, 401k vesting pushed out so no one will qualify, managers with hardly any sales experience let alone management experience, worthless training program, worthless unqualified tech support team, stupid ideas for future additions to product, leadership that is reincarnated from the control deck of the titanic, with a gps that automatically points to ice bergs etc etc etc. let's face it...ZOLL isn't even a good entry level position. Ps who's bright idea was it to go after heart failure patients in the office, with a vest that has to be fit so tight, so the lovely screeching noise won't send patients to the ER every 6 minuets? That little green tank strapped to the wheel chair is called oxygen. It's there because patients can't breath. To much fluid you see. Ya think they are going to strap on zolls pride and joy of a garmet? Ya good strategy management team. Why don't you target reps at ZOLL who are at quota last day of the month, only to find out they have negative adjustments come Monday, that makes them miss their number? These are the people that really need the vest!
 






How about holding those who DO NOT CONTRACT WITH Insrance plans responsible for negative adjustments? Sorry, I forgot they were on PTO again and cannot reply to email, and even when they are back, they cannot answer any questions! Bring on the competition, we are all leaving here to go to anyone who can appreciate sales people and will reward those who pay for all the marketing people who do little to help us! Yes, no marketing people presented at the ASM breakouts, they are clueless, but know so much more than the sales team!

I understand the frustration. I have come to realize that the negative adjustments at the end of the month last minutes are put in place for the sole reason that Zoll does not want to pay. Once you really get this, you start looking for your exist strategy fast. Im looking for mine.
