Asking "for a friend"

If someone were interested in a job with Alnylam for a new product launch, why should they want to or not want to work for this company? No whiners unless you can site actual systemic issues, not just your issues.

I know some folks on the inside and they are not fans of the culture. Yes I believe they were awarded something recently about their culture but those are a dime a dozen and often to reveal what’s under the covers. I also have a colleague who used to work for me and interviewed for one of the open leadership roles for the new drug Lumasarin. He was not impressed by the person whom he would be reporting to. Cold, lacking personal warmth and full of themselves. They were asked to move forward but declined. Told me all I need to know

Many people looking. My friends left for a better culture last year, I just kick myself I did not leave. Promises made did not pan out. They are struggling. Good luck be aware a lot of turn over.
