The good territories are few and far between. And those reps don't leave unless the manager is THAT intolerable. In which case, you probably don't want to step in, do ya?
The weak territories are a disaster. Same goal as top ones. But you will get your azz handed to you daily (and that includes weekends!). Trust me, go elsewhere. Plenty of better gigs in Hem/Onc space. You will regret every second at this company especially if your manager is loco. It will not go well.
Anyone who is connected to Alexion knows that this company has some awesome reps... who are stuck here with golden handcuffs. They are begging to get out (and many are looking), but realize that waiting this thing out is probably their only option. They will collect some dough, soon. But it will take its toll on them physically and mentally.
