Bausch management is the laughing stock of ophthalmology. Eye care, surgical, it makes zero difference. Your B&L management continues to make poor decisions on targeted properties, strategy and resources. Spend some time and recognize that the trajectory of this once great company will NEVER be more than the butt of cruel jokes with current managers. Time to put the shit on the tree lawn and look to build an A team!
 






If Ari won't make changes here perhaps Howard Schiller will. Howard will not bury his head in the sand..........he is looking for accountability within the B&L business and will soon learn there is NONE!

If Howard could he would fire Ari in a hot minute. No one respects him or see any value. Shameful
 






Wait a second there bucko. Ari is the 2nd highest paid non-CEO executive in America according to the financial press in 2015. And a lot of hardworking sales reps had to sacrifice decent tiny bonuses to ensure he gets his. Plus, Hillary has a bone to pick with Valeant, and his horsepower is needed to keep the American taxpayer at bay and in the dark for as long as possible. Don't be harsh and suggest he should go at this point.
