and yes, reps are rewarded for accomplishing all these measurements, who gives a shit?
Bottom line, reps, FLL's and 2nd line managers need to be paid on one thing, Sales growth and market share.
Miss goals 2 quarters in a row, get rid of them. Gsk is a place where losers land and stay.
Very reflective of Gsk's perception in the industry.

The fact that you believe sales reps have any effect on how a territory performs is laughable. We have territories every quarter without reps in them that finish Decile 1. We have reps that finished last quarter in decile 10 that are currently decile 1 and we have reps that finished last quarter in decile 1 or 2 that are decile 10. You honestly believe they forgot how to sell and suddenly suck? Brainwashed lowlife get a freaken clue.
 












So a supposedly interdimensional and/or intergalactic traveler is caught off guard and has to crouch behind a fence while another is trying to jump-start a forklift. That makes sense.

And Decile 10 still probably has positive growth and making the company a ton of money. Worst and most unfair compensation GSK has ever offered! And then you have to worry about “sucking” and fear of being put on a PIP when the only ones really sucking is the idiots who came up with this IC plan. Oh, the latest rumor too. No more severance packages!
