ML is a bully trying to hide his own weaknesses...doesn't know the business, weak resume of job skipping, never mastering anything, full of shit, likes to mess with people just to be mean. Watch your back he has no friends.

Got to HR on ML they are building a case on him and they are about to pull the trigger. This tool needs to go. The only time you see him is when he threatens you document it, make him put it in writing to you. Sits on his ass and spends his guessing he knows what's going on. No substance, no accountability and no experience as a real manager. What a laughable tool. Worst manager I have ever seen.
 








































You guys most not know ML. He is a piece of work! Have to give him credit he was around for the XLIF rage and made some easy money. A VP of a spine company--no way. He should be at most a drive along manager to BS with. Good luck NuVasive see you on the tonight show in January.

There is no way ML could work for a quality company that requires him to make sound decisions. If he had to have a hard discussion with a customer and talk any level of detail he's done. Anyone can master buzz words and have a superficial business conversation. Talk about an inept manager....you got one.

Hey ML the next time you talk to me you better bring a big stick because I will be recording every word you say with my lawyer listening in....there's enough on you to make you second guess whether you should sit at home and pretend you're working all day and claim you are somewhere you're not. You better get out of the house and be visible because you're being watched.

Ran into my old boss @ Palomar who I think this thread is about and what a loser you hired. This guy is a bully with terrible managerial skills. Total BS'er and was hated everywhere he went. Good luck with this bag of ....

By order of the power players in San Diego.....the "Cage Rage" crippling-killing patients WILL go on.

Population needed to be culled, to run a country with less oil. If they can make money during the process...so be it. Why do U all think there's 11 million or so on SSDI now?
