So now that the CMMs are gone and no one has been calling on critical hospital accounts in your territory how long will it be until things start to fall apart there? Who will cover the managed care issues now that there is no cmm? Are you counting on your abm? Sure hope you got everything lined up on the hospitals over the summer. Goodbye bonus, hello panic... And you know what that means... More metrics and micromanagement. Those who left were the lucky ones.

I did better than quit... I got laid off with severance. It took less than a month before I took a job with more money, more respect, a legitimate cutting edge product to promote and... I actually earn my money by getting things done instead of dealing with the latest disaster at MedImmune. It will be interesting to watch sales tank when the NICU's fall apart. Guess who will take the heat and the layoffs? Hint, hint - it isn't Carmer and his buddies. They will get paid quite nicely to drive this ship into the ground until there is nothing left but a shell to dump on AZ. My advice - enjoy the car and the bonus and the hours while you can and then move on. Or get your nose colored a lovely shade of Carmer brown. Stupid is as stupid does.
 






The CMMs have the biggest scam of a job that ever existed. They got paid in a scheme worse than a Ponzi scheme. Good riddance! I have been in all my NICUS and guess what, douche bag? No Medimmune rep in years. What the he'll did they do other than pretend to go to work a few days a week?

I am glad I am in chage. Time for some work to get done. FRMs????? A JOKE!! here's a green notebook! That is not going to accomplish anything. At least they can't get their paws on my bonus any longer.

they might not get their paws on your bonus but why would they have too? they are already making way more in salary and the bonus will be based on the previous years bonus haul soooo yup that FRM in CMM clothing is still ripping you off
