What the .... is wrong with this company?? We've been pissing around with these solution allocations since April and it still isn't right. The DDS reps have been chained to their desks since April, and now the DTS reps are screwed as well. Order cancels-request reinstatement-repeat.
NEWS FLASH!!! Solving this issue wouldn't past muster as a middle school science project. It's too easy. Just hire someone who knows how to handle data properly and quit sending out these stupic simplistic spreadsheets. The data is never correct (hire a data guy), the spreadsheets are huge (hire a data guy), and the method for communicating changes is archaic (HIRE A DATA GUY!!!).
Even better, why don't you do the sensible thing and consult with Debbie J. She can request budget to hire some outside hacks to come up with something by mid to late 2016.
