With many of our competitors going through what we are, including the regulatory challenges in the US, shifted investments in emerging markets, increase generic penetration by Payors, etc, this could be leading up to Mergers or Acquisitions. Just a thought...
 






Look, if anything along these line happens we will end up buying the little that is left to purchase and own the majority voting rights at Roche. Nothing could be simpler. We don't have to go very far in terms of distance, culture, or financially to get this done. The finger has
been on that trigger for a while.

Roche will NEVER let that happen , they know what a total cluster nvs is . If anything they'd buy NVS or buy the stock back.
 


































































Novartis could buy Rouche whenever they want - waiting for the ole guy at Rouche to die. Lots o hostility there as Roche backed out of Novartis merger at the 11th hour and always regreted it. They tried to get back in but it was too late.

It may not happen now but it will at some point. No other mergers will take place because of this corporate sword of Damacles. In fact, should a real merger lift it's ugly head, the roche mechanism becomes the poison pill that would deflect anyone else coming after NVS. Great plan B.
