Wow that’s crazy. No raises. It has been two years without one. Glad most people jumped ship and left like me. Also selling a foot cream isn’t a desirable pharmaceutical job. Waking up everyday to get paid the lowest in the industry, with no raises, and to go talk to a doctor about a foot cream in a generic market. Super fulfilling.
You guys, you've got to get out of there. If you've got good numbers or good numbers in the past, take them, start interviewing elsewhere. The product you're pedaling is what most reps just have as an "Oh by the way did I mention to you..."
