Are we getting additional pay for Web ex and conference calls?

I'm guessing they are going to make us eat it on the conference calls, but you want us in the field yet we are doing ongoing trainings, and then there is the 2 hour web ex this friday. So how much are we getting paid for this or is this expected to be gratis also? This company sucks.

Yes, and my district also has a conf. call on Friday. I imagine Friday is not a day that most flex-time reps choose to work. I am going to have a conversation with my DM tomorrow about this. We also have to complete another mandatory Pfizer training now. Are they expecting us to do all this training on our own time, for a flex-time position?

I am so glad I am not on your contract. I am on the Merck Resp for another company and get $30 per hour and paid .55 per mile without all the hassles you have. I checked your line to just see if our contract was fair. It is more than fair after seening what you get from Pfizer. Good Luck. I am glad I am here and not there.

Apparently you love your contract so much you can't help but go on other sites just to reassure yourself what a great job you have...let me reassure you that you couldn't be more wrong.

PSS-Merck contract is the devil. This is better because no one is on your back.

Maybe so, at least to some extent. I noticed an entry of 6 hours training on my pay stub today, which I did not expect to see. It doesn't specify the exact time of the training. I still don't think it covers the amount of time spent in training for weeks 2 and 3.
