Are we at 50% turnover among NSDs and RSMs yet ?

so let me do the math, we’re 6 months into launch and close to HALF of sales leadership has resigned.
Do I have that right ? Close enough ?

It’s high.
Two NSDs, 2 RSMs, all the TMs and MSLs. Add in market access, etc., it’s a lot.

But the two who recruited us here have bailed just 6 months after launch. And I now KNOW they’ve been looking for much longer than that. So they knew it was a dump/dog, and brought us here knowing they were leaving.
I hope they can sleep at night.

We will be ending the year on a disasterous note. This final Q is going to terrible and projection for 2020 are going to be bad. We spent so much on Ilumya and it is not going to give back anything. Wonder what is being planned for the FY20
