Is this a joke?? There are year end evaluations with goal setting, coaching, driving performance merting cultural hallmarks and the rest of that BS. How can anyone take them seriously. All this with a straight face as to say this means something!!!!! Cmon already
 


















Glad I'm not around to have to go through year end eval. Would have been slammed for slow start on XXR, probably little to no mention that I was #1 in district for Psaid attainment. Would have defended myself, then DM would have reminded me that the entire company was in the same boat. I would have countered with how I was screwed with everything, DM would have ignored my defenses, and I would have signed it and left. Drive home and start drinking.

Got to skip all but he drinking this year. Yes, life is better this September.
 






17 ppl viewing the MNK board at 1 am central time. I think we have the most activity right now. And I'm going to rate myself maximum marks on my eval. My DM can try to counter it with my so-so XXR sales all she wants, but whatever. I don't care anymore.

And what was your Pennsaid goal? 20-25!!! I f I had a low goal I'd have the highest percent attainment in my district as well. Bottom line is it doesn't matter! Pennsaid doesn't matter. Xartemis isn't easy to sell but if you didn't have at least 10 scripts when you got the packaged offered to you that's inexcusable! I know the cut off was 20 but I guarantee you were under 10, possibly 5. No one is happy about what's going on here but come on!!!!!! Quit taunting Pennsaid crap and your manager ignoring your defense!!
