What do you expect. That’s what you’re left with when everyone moves on to better opportunities with better management.

I expect for someone up top to finally do their job. Find the employees that don't do much, and get rid of them. Find the employees that act like supervisors, (but they're not), and get rid of them. Find the supervisors that give immature popular people infinite warnings but crack down on everyone else, and get rid of them. Find the losers that do illegal things, and get rid of them. It's in plain site, but nobody wants to snitch anymore. Get off your lazy executive asses, and do your job. Remove all liabilities, and hire assets. Conmed is so hurting on help right now, they're reaching out to people that quit so many years ago. Conmed supervisors are telling coworkers to ask friends and family to apply, but people see forums and websites like this one, read the information from ex-employees, and are turned away from even applying. The company can't go on like this.
Building 1 will be making parts for other companies like stryker. Buildings 2,3, and 4 will be emptied out, and turned into more cnc machining buildings and cubicle areas. That's the last ditch effort to keeping the company alive, and it won't be called Conmed anymore when it happens. This should happen within a few years being that there's ridiculous amounts of scrap in all buildings from bad parts coming from all the machines. The machines are being operated at the max settings, and by operators that are being pressured to produce numbers instead of quality.
Military guys were already hired to make a difference. Most of them quit or was let go. I bet they're all making a lot more money right now. Everyone does once they quit this sinking ship company.
 






There's a few military pompous pricks running each department a little bit different than many years ago. They aren't getting caught making up their own rules. Usually they eventually get fired for this. Maybe that's in the past, and out of desperation they're tolerating it. Who knows.
