Taken in its entirety; this all represents a desperation scenario. No individual part of it makes sense but when you realize they are just trying to dump this thing ASAP you realize why nothing will change and they are just waiting for someone to step up and show interest. Were anything to move it might scare a potential chump away. WP is really desperate and will never take that risk. Should this continue for too long the burn rate will cause WP to BK this thing.

The potential buyers already know about the games B+L is playing to put on a good face. What would impress a potential buyer is if B+L made moves to make the company more efficient.

There have been no new products introduced in 2011. Without any new products the value of this company keeps dropping. Any buyer will realize that B+L products are becoming obsolete due to zero R+D innovation in the last few years.
