Are sales positions even being filled?

I applied for one of the positions that has been up for "30+" days according to the website and haven't got a call back even after a follow-up. I see all the sales postings have been up forever. Are they even trying to bring people in? Has anyone working there even seen a new face lately?

*maybe you’re not a good candidate* searching for the best can take time - don’t give up though I’m sure there are other opportunities out there.

There are a lot of new faces. Mostly from territories where the rep left for a higher salary. Have been several rounds of layoffs. To call the company "growing" would be far-fetched. If you need a job, they pay incoming reps a lot more than tenured reps so it's not a bad place to join and get a pay bump. No telling how long it will last.

There's been alot of turnover here I'm the last one here from my training group which says a lot. Likely because many have lost confidence in what's happening with Annovera and losing steam selling something just inventory not available - It's a shame they've laid off really good people followed by people quitting around those territories, then hiring back people which is even crazier. I'm hoping it gets better come late April here - we don't get paid much on the menopause prescriptions even if you are at the top. It's a great starter pharma position as the pay is way below industry standard. Lots of young reps who haven't been in pharma -

There is a group of new hires in training currently. The company is actively hiring for open territories.
