Think about it , majority of valturna comes from past or present paid speakers , who chose the criteria & approved the selection ?
Where did the direction come from ?

Would you want to be a rep right now if some poor patient is victimized by an adverse event from a prescription generated by your highly paid speaker ?

I mean if the family is looking for restitution , it would make sense to include reps in any litigation , no ?

not neccesarily true , an attorney can file suit against any party if he deems a rep was particularly complicit & has assets worth pursuing.
If a family member was hurt from a pharma co's product at the very least you can have the reps depositioned during discovery to uncover their role
