I think the people safe will get calls first offering them the territory. Then if they all accept, the displaced calls will be made. I would assume the longer you go with out a all, the worse your chances of being safe are. I don't know this to be fact, but it makes sense. HR can only call so many people at a time. So it seems that RD's would make the calls first.
 






I was thinking hr would call to make cuts and then the rd's would call to offer territories. hr doesn't need to be on the phone to tell someone that their job is safe.
