Peer Awards are for high schoolers! These have been and will be one of the dumbest things Lilly has! I have been a Peer Award winner a couple of times and I know I didn’t deserve it. My manager just wanted me to do a few things for a promotion I was getting. I felt very stupid doing them but then of course I did get my promotion.
 






Peer awards are the dumbest things ever. My peers in the OBU can’t even do their job right why would I want an award from idiots. All Lilly is these days is a a competition of who can kiss ass the hardest and longest.
 






Can you imagine working in any industry or company and voting on a Peer Award!!!! For Pete’s sake, it is so juvenile, who came up with these “Awards”? Please get rid of this! Lilly, grow up and start acting like an adult!
 






This is the dumbest thing we have to do. My DM clearly has his favorites and has his own agenda. To please him I purposely vote who he has already chosen. I don't dare go against the grain in my territory. Not worth it. True story
 






The worst thing about these peer awards is that you are FORCED to vote. What if you dont feel like anyone on your team deserves it. Anyway, manager ultimately manipulates these awards so the person hes trying to get promoted will be the winner of the award. This kind of nonsense only happens at lilly,
