Are bonus realistic

I am looking at inteviewing for the southern ca job. Any thoughts my base is currently much higher than th $90,00 but bonus potential seems good.

the recruiter said guarantee $17500 first quat and national average 106 percent. Does anyone have postive feedback. My base is much higher than $90,000 is it truly capped at this.

No. This isn't the case. Please ask recruiters about Q2 'adjustment'.

Ask to SEE documentation of how many reps made quota in Q2 before the "adjustment".

Ask to SEE documentation of how many reps are pacing to hit quota for Q3.

Less than 10% of reps hit quota for q2. Same thing playing out for q3.

Have not heard anyone tell me they were asked to leave. However, I wouldn't doubt it either. This company and space is very unstable right now. Interesting to see how it all plays out.
