Just wondering if anyone knows the percentage range of annual salary increases. For example, if you got exceeds, did you get a 6% and if you got achieving, what was range?

My % to goal was above water which is more than I can say if the the stock price in 2016! MNK gets a below expectations as far as I'm concerned.

I heard a rating of achieving was a 3% salary increase. But i dont know if this is subjective from evaluator or is a company standard. Anyone know?
