ARD Bonus

The vial experiment going well?

According to conversations with Rsm, he doesn't even know what the incentive payout per vial is - now how is management going to spin this one when incentive comp is hovering around entry level status and meeting expectation as compared with any other big pharma companies dying. The rubber just met the road.

Hope you all are motivated to meet ascending performance expectations-WOW!

Just keep bringing the cases in so the hub can fuck them up, the payers can deny coverage and piss off the Docs and staff so getting the next in-need patient is virtually impossible. I'm not making any $, but I find a little solace in the fact that I can get free drug to so many patients. Still though, it amazes me how slow the ship is sinking. I figured it would have been at the bottom of the ocean years ago, one of these days they won't be able to bail fast enough and the ship will sink. I feel it's coming soon.

Absolutely ZERO motivation to make the bonus this quarter! No money unless we bring in new patients and prescribers and it's nearly impossible to get new patients approved. No money in retreats either so what's the point? We are all looking for jobs and soon will be gone and MNK can try to hire reps who are OK with earning 10k a quarter selling this overpriced drug that doesn't sell because insurance won't pay for it.

10K a quarter would be a dream..ok I know the bonus I have made in the past was super amazing...But most reps will be lucky if they make 2K a quarter. Especially true if your territory has been put through the ringer like mine was. I wish they would quit hiring RRM'sand actually do studies / or hey let's actually call on the managed care companies that aren't covering...what a novel idea??
