Recruiter hooked me up with their DM. She seems young but smart. Claiming they can go to 170 on base (which is low) but that the IC plan is targeted at $30k per quarter.

Any feedback from others who have talked to them?

What position are you asking about? I spoke with a recruiter and a manager and they quoted $130-140 base salary. Just telling you what I was told. It is a topical that is relatively inexpensive compared to a biologic so they won't be paying $170k for a rep. Maybe you were referring to a DM position?
 




I applied in my region, tired of having 5-9 reps (field reps, multiple managers and IAE plus more managers) smother accounts. This is bs! Haven’t seen this since the old primary care model from 2000s.
 




I am a rep. They told me you must have biologics or small molecule experience in dermatology and launch experience. Recruiter told me tops was $140, but Dermavant DM told me they could go higher with proof of success.

I like my current product, but with everyone we have piling on, my best dermatologists tell me they see 4 to 5 other Skyrizi people for every time they see me and that they are sick of it.

I just want to be able to build my relationships and get rewarded for my performance.

Now, I have to fake calls because by Thursday each week, most targets have already been called on 4 timex already.

I key issue is 5-8 abbvie employees in accounts. 2 sky, 2 rin, 1 HS, 2 DM, 1 IAE and yes 1 FAS….so in some cases 10 Abbvie bodies trying to access YES TEN Abbvie employees —-so no matter how we look at it..,the accounts see all of us the same.

access is shutting down even more excluding covid policies and offices are saying enough and only 1 vendor rep per company or product now. This is crazy.

Cost will be an issue. Small structure not a lot of support. They have tried to get people they know and it’s been difficult. It could be a good hold over until u find next job if laid off.

I heard they have several Galderma folks there. I was talking with a Celgene/Amgen person who hasn't actually gone over yet - waiting on their equity to vest in Spring - but he tells me the money will be there for performers the first 24 months. No car sucks thought.
 












Have alot of Derm experience but lost out to a Galderma rep with 20 plus years. Hiring is strange as people have no Derm at all or alot very bizzare. Base as per Mix Talent is really in 130's range and 140 is not the norm . The bonus 11k a quarter , stock options and MOTUS is used for mileage reimbursement which I've never had and the reviews on it are dicey . This was my experience about 6 months ago so things may have changed now.
 




Dermavant is falling apart. Losing Vtama share and volume across territories. Zoryve still growing, but they are a mess too. C-Suite been reshuffled and stock at an all time low.

Both don't give company car and cheat you on mileage. Both are doing everything in their power to sell themselves, but it's very hard to make anything on topicals.

Might be worth it if you are young or old and just looking to get lucky on a buyout, but neither is a place for a career.

Best option is in 12 months when Takeda starts building out their TYK2 asset. That product will slaughter Sotyktu. Of course BMY has already killed their product.
