Agree. I know that lawsuits are raging at BI and that this agreement is just a way to stop people from joining a class action lawsuit. Interesting they put it in an LOS instead of sending out an actual document. Not sure how long a company can hold on to so many salespeople when products aren't making $$, access is dwindling, and employees are suing.
