That are giving us time to jump ship so they won't have to pay as many severance packages. If an offer comes through, they know that we will have to accept it. Not may companies hiring!

I would think they would keep it at April 2nd as they are putting so much emphasis now on all the money we can make with the Accelerator and this would really cut it in half if it was in March.
ALso they have to get 1900 packages ready and unless they plan now for Mar they will have to recalculate severances etc if they decide to change the date
