This is likely true. The discussion of an ISTA purchase has been around for months. Very probable now because Lotemax off patent and value of pharma business has been greatly reduced. ISTA needs an antibiotic and wanted Zirgan all along. ISTA has some cash to make a deal and yes their people have been camped out with BL for a while now.

BIG Question. How many reps will lose their jobs?
 












Where are you getting your info? WP has nothing to do with ISTA. But B&L CEO has been very visible at ISTA......there's your inside info. Both companies are struggling, not a good idea to merge!!!!
 






























ISTA turned down Valeant's 365M; they wanted twice that; does anyone in their right mind think that WP is going to pony up even 500M for such purchase, merger, or whatever you want to refer to it as? A lot of flirting going on (probably to get the Valeant offer up, but they walked) to no end.
