Applying for open primary care position....

I have an open offer for a position in the Chicago District, should I take it?

How much did they offer you? What is your background? You do realize there are many companies out there paying double what DSI does much less Pharma. If you have a young resume, ditch the pharma world and go bigger. Good luck.

If it isn't in PC3 South - take it. That DM is a workaholic. I'd rather pour hot sauce in my own arse and quickly wipe with 80 grade sand paper before I chose to work for her. Just say'n. If its PC1 or PC2 - you'll be good.

No salary, all bonus. I am really excited. I think it sounds like a great opportunity. Should I should I?

They offered me a $50K base and a promise to make my life miserable on a daily basis. I am gonna go for it!

Wow! They offered me 50k too! They also said that if I am in the midwest PC1 area or under JM I will be on a 60-day plan before I'm ever in the field. I will be held responsible for years worth of business regardless of the current MC situation. DSI thinks reps have all the influence in the world over how much money a patient is willing to REALLY spend. This is an easy sell. This is a fantastic opportunity for me, because I know Effient has a black box warning and is way overpriced. Again, this is an EASY sell to MDs too.

I was also told the IC is anywhere from 0-$987. Is this correct? Its better than nothing!

Even though this may be my last week working here, I do want to thank the Midwest management team for the Selling Skills workshops. I know I will be able to take the selling skills I learned here and the positive reinforcement you have given me and use it for my next job, no matter what it is. I know a lot of my fellow midwesterners slacked off this quarter but I promise you I focused on job #1.
