Any thoughts? on AGN winning appeal for Mohawk Patent agreement?

Jobs are already on the line.

Losing Appeals certainly open the possibility of more cuts and not just heads. I'm venturing to guess selling off Assets and entire business lines. Biosimilars? implants? subleasing Office space on Grialda farms HQ, which ones.

worst case, lost appeal causes more public outrage and stockholder revolt.

But if Appeals won and generics thwarted? Just imagine

A repeal for a greedy pharmaceutical company? Come on. You reap what you sow. BS sows short cuts so we will all reap his poor judgment that he calls tenacious or bold, but you keep dreamin'.

Do you know why they are appealing this decision? Do you know how hard the formulation for cyclosporine is for Restasis. Others have tried and can't do it. Patent can't be so obvious as the judge said. Thats the meat of the appeal. Nothing to do with being greedy. Get with it!
